Returns & Refunds

Since each piece is handmade and fragile, we have a no-return policy for items that arrive in perfect condition. However, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase!

Before ordering: If you have any questions about size, color, or details, please contact us — we’re happy to provide additional photos or measurements.

We take extra care in packaging, but if your item arrives damaged:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage
• For identical or similar items: we’ll send a replacement at no cost to you
• For one-of-a-kind pieces: we’ll issue a full refund, since replacements aren’t possible
• Please keep the damaged item until we confirm next steps
• No need to return the broken pieces - we trust you

If you received the wrong item:

• Contact us as soon as possible with photos
• We’ll send the correct item right away
• You can keep or dispose of the incorrect one — our mistake, our cost

Refunds are only available in these situations:

• Item arrives damaged (with photo proof)
• We sent the wrong item
• You cancel the order before it has been dispatched

Refund timeline: 5–7 business days after approval

• Damaged item: We refund the full order amount, including shipping
• Wrong item: We refund the full order amount, including shipping
• Order canceled before dispatch: Full refund, including shipping

Important: Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled as pottery is fragile and we don't accept returns for change of mind.
